I think I need a MOCA filter installed. I called Xfinity I was on the phone for over an hour and I just ended up hanging up they were literally useless. I keep having my neighbor’s devices connecting to my network. I have a really strong password and the first agent a couple weeks ago sent a new gateway that I just setup last night..
